If you have an Instagram, swap out the accounts of models and celebrities with body positivity stars. We see enough distorted images in the media as it is.
On your own Instagram, choose to follow women who love themselves wholeheartedly. This may inspire you to do the same.

Thank your body for all it does for you.
You have strong legs that take you far distances. Your body has suffered when you forgot to slather it in sunscreen, shaved off its protective hairs, left it dirty and sweaty for too long, and didn’t feed it when it was hungry.
Apologize to your body. Write a thank you letter to your body to show how much you appreciate it!
Show off your body’s strength. Get into yoga poses, lift weights, or go for a long run.
Your body is so strong and resilient.
When you exercise, you’re proving that you possess strength, power, and endurance. You will begin to accept and love your body when you think of it as strong and capable.

When you have a loving and accepting attitude toward your body, you will feel happier.
